Kory Minor Training is seeking driven and dedicated sales professionals to join our team. We are expanding our training platform across multiple channels. We need individuals who are coachable and are willing to learn our process. Each candidate must be comfortable with the sales and truly understand the vital role they will play.
The ideal candidate can be remote but must have the ability to communicate nightly through conference and video calls.
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle outbound call with prospects
-Make 100-150 calls per day with 2 to 4 hours of talk time presenting our programs
-Become an expert on our products and services we are selling
-Provide exceptional customer service as well as handle any issues or concerns
-Report all numbers on a daily basis
-Communicate with team members daily
-Comply with all company policies and procedures
-Track performance daily
-Keep record account of prospect information daily
-Report to manager regularly to discuss ideas and initiatives

Experience and Qualifications:

-Strong, persuasive language, speaking skills, able to speak and present in front of crowds

Additional Requirements:
-Ability to work in the mornings & afternoons
-Able to work 3 to 4 hours per day, 4 days a week
-Must have a great working phone
-Use of a spreadsheet to track prospect information
