The Process of Mental Toughness & Peak Performance Coaching
To get the best outcome of working with me as your coach, here are the 3 basic steps.
1. Have an intake session: The intake session is by far the most important of the three steps. The intake session is where you gather all the pertinent information that will allow you to identify the vision as well as the goals.
2. Get clarity on goals: Identifying the goals from a personal and professional standpoint. Most people don't realize that personal and professional goals go hand and hand. It is not possible to create one without the other.
3. Design A Game Plan: In this last phase of the three steps, you are putting everything together to create an achievable plan that will allow you to stay the course. This process is always changing and where you begin is not where you will end up. As the coach, what is enjoyable to me is seeing the process over a twelve-month period and how focused and determined you become to achieve your greatness.
