KORY MINOR

Kory Minor, as a High School Senior, was named the USA Today Defensive Player of the Year. After fulfilling his dream, from the age of 6, to attend the University of Notre Dame, Kory was a four-year starter and All-American Linebacker. He is currently a record holder in two categories, tackles for loss and sacks. Kory was a five-year NFL Veteran with the San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers.

Kory is the Founder and CEO of Kory Minor Training & Consultants, which is a  Training Company for large to small corporations. Kory Minor is a highly regarded sales team trainer, consultant, and peak performance coach. Kory is an international speaker, and best selling author, whose clients include Fortune 500 companies around the world, sales organizations, business executives, and professional athletes. KMT&C specializes in helping clients focus on the concepts of creating a winning performance culture.  Kory is a highly paid trainer and consultant who is Hard-Hitting, High-Energy, and Dynamic. Kory’s proven strategies for success allow him the ability to personally coach entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and sales professionals. Many of his clients have paid anywhere from 25K to 100K per year for his expertise. Because of his training style and strategies, Kory has been privileged to train over 3,000 sales reps, and companies have seen their sales success increase by as much as 40%  by implementing his strategies.

Kory not only uses his football stories of defeat and triumph to help people reach their maximum potential, but he also shares his tools and strategies as a former multi-unit franchisee. For nearly ten years, Kory grew his franchise company to eight figures with over 130 plus employees.

In the NFL, Kory had the privilege to play football alongside some of the greatest men to have ever worn the helmet; men like Jerry Rice, Reggie White, and Kevin Greene to name a few. Kory has also been a witness to and was personally coached by some of the best Hall of Fame coaches of our era; from Lou Holtz at Notre Dame to Steve Mariucci, John Fox, and George Seifert with the San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers.
